The versatility of the Mackworth Raiser allows seamless integration with wheelchairs and toilet and shower chairs. Its soft and wide leg support padding significantly improves stability, providing a reliable transfer base. Moreover, the robust handle presents many gripping options for users and caregivers, ensuring an optimal and personalised experience.
Equipped with rear wheels featuring independent locking manual brakes, the Mackworth Raiser allows caregivers to move the platform easily. The wheels also facilitate smooth navigation and guarantee maximum stability and safety for the user throughout the transfer process.
A safe working load of 160 kg ensures reliable and durable performance. To cater to individual needs, two distinct styles of safety belts are available: the Freeway Ladder Strap and the Freeway Safety Belt. These belts can be easily attached to the transfer platform, enabling one or two caregivers to assist users in standing up confidently and providing additional safety and security. Furthermore, there is the option to choose from a single or dual knee pad to suit user needs.
